Montclair Kimberly. Rob Miller, John Haren, and
Ed DeMartino each had two goals.

Seton Hall Prep came out as winners over Montclair
by the final score of 8-0. Rich Miller had the hat
trick and Mike Cordovano stopped 13 shots. Chris
Swon had two goals and Zach Hatcher had a goal and two
assists.

Seton Hall Prep was all over Tom's River North. Zach
Hatcher, Rich Miller, Justin Liebman, and Steve

Gary Tashjian had one goal apiece.

Gary Tashjian carried the Pirates past Brick by the
final score of 4-2. Rob and Rich Miller added the
other two goals for Seton Hall.

Seton Hall Prep edged Bergen Catholic by the score of
2-1. Gary Tashjian scored first for the Pirates and
Dan Percella had the game winning power play goal with
3:23 left in the game. Rob Miller assisted on both
goals.

Seton Hall Prep shocked St. Joseph's Montvale by
winning convincably, 7-1. Sophomore Brandon Doria
had two goals and two assists while Rob Miller dished
out a goal and an assist. Other goal scorers included
Steve Jeffers, Rich Miller, Zach Hatcher, and Ed
DeMartino. Mike Cordovano was spectacular in net
making 23 saves.

teams in the northeast by tieing the No. 1 team in
Connecticut and the No. 3 team in all of New England.

Seton Hall and Rich Miller assisted on all three of
those goals.

Seton Hall triumphed winning its first Gordon Cup
since 1993. Chris Swon scored first for the Prep and
Ed DeMartino and John Dibble followed suit by adding
goals of their own. Mike Cordovano was superb in net
halting 26 shots. The final tally was 3-2.

Seton Hall advanced to the Semifinal round after
beating Notre Dame in the Quarterfinals of the State
Parochial Tournament. Chris Swon and Rich Miller
had two goals apiece. Other Pirate goal scorers were
Dan Percella and Zach Hatcher. Mike Cordovano and
Joe Tonzola combined for goaltending duties.

Seton Hall demolished Christian Brothers Academy 9-0.
Seton Hall advances to the Parochial State Tournament
Finals. Rich Miller and Zach Hatcher both had hat
tricks. Gary Tashjian had a goal and two assists
while Joe Fernandez and Chris Swon each had a goal for
Seton Hall. Brandon Doria had four assists to lead the
Pirates in that category for the game.

OPPONENT: Delbarton (State Tournament Parochial Finals at Mennen Arena)
The Pirates avenged their earlier loss to Delbarton,
and they did so when it counted the most. Senior
defenseman Rob Miller had two goals and two assists.
Freshman Chris Swon connected once and Sophomore
Brandon Doria sealed the game with an empty-net goal.
The final score was 4-2.
